Between career moves, wedding planning and brunch reservations in Lincoln Park, your health can end up last on the list, until you start wondering what your hormones are really doing and whether your body will be ready for baby someday. Whether you’re in the city, on the North Shore or out in La Grange, I’ll help you understand your body, build habits that actually fit your Chicago life, and walk into pregnancy and motherhood feeling informed and confident.

Is this you?

  • You’ve been on birth control for years and have no idea what your body does without it.

  • Baby isn’t on the calendar yet, but you already worry about how easy it will be.

  • You asked about your hormones and were told to wait until you’re trying.

  • You’ve read the books, followed the experts and listened to every podcast, and you’re still not sure what applies to you.

  • You want to actually understand your cycle, your hormones and your body, not just follow someone else’s checklist.

You’re not overthinking it. You’re paying attention.

Let’s figure it out together.

How I Support Women In Chicago

Preparing for pregnancy

Whether baby is a this-year plan or a someday dream, preparing early makes a difference. We’ll get to know your cycle, look at your sleep, stress, movement and nutrition habits, and build a routine that supports your fertility goals and fits your busy Chicago life. Thinking about coming off birth control? We’ll talk through what to expect so you can decide with confidence. Planning for baby #2 or #3? We’ll focus on rebuilding your energy and creating rhythms that help this pregnancy feel different.

Support Through Pregnancy

Between your OB appointments, the books, the apps and everyone’s opinions, pregnancy can feel noisy. I’ll help you sort through the information, build nourishing habits trimester by trimester, and feel calm and prepared for what’s ahead, with a naturopathic doctor’s perspective in your corner.

Postpartum, Beyond Six Weeks

Your six-week checkup isn’t the finish line. We’ll focus on rest, nourishment, gentle movement and emotional well-being, plus realistic routines for life with a newborn, so you can take care of yourself while you take care of your baby.

Hormone Health Education

Moody, tired or just not feeling like yourself? I’ll teach you how your hormones and cycle actually work, what your body’s signals may be telling you, and which daily habits support balance. You’ll leave understanding your body, not just following a list.

Personalized Testing

I use functional labs—including hormone panels, food sensitivity tests, stool analysis, genetic testing, and bloodwork—to get to the root of what’s going on in your body. These tools help me create a personalized plan that reflects your unique biology and supports lasting change.

Gut & Digestion Habits

Bloating or unpredictable digestion getting in the way of your plans? We’ll build simple eating, hydration and lifestyle habits that support your gut and your energy. No extreme diets, and yes, you can still enjoy dinner out in the city.

Your Coaching Plan

Together we’ll map out small, realistic steps you can actually stick to. Every few weeks we’ll check in, celebrate what’s working, and adjust as life happens.

Why the six-month commitment?

  • Habits need time to stick. Research shows new habits take an average of 66 days to stick, and sometimes much longer.

  • Your body works in cycles. Eggs mature over roughly three months before ovulation, so the habits you build today shape the months ahead.

  • Real life happens. Work deadlines, travel and busy seasons are part of life in Chicago. Six months gives us room to adjust without losing momentum.

  • Consistency builds trust. Working with the same person, who knows your whole story, makes change easier to stick with.

  • You leave confident. By the end, you’ll understand your body and trust yourself to keep going on your own.
