About

A woman sitting on the porch, holding a tablet, looking thoughtfully to the side with a smile, surrounded by potted ferns and a black door in the background.

I used to think I was doing everything “right” for my health.

I ran three miles a day, ate clean (or what I thought was clean), and followed all the advice I could find to fix my relentless acne and gut issues. I even went on Accutane—which cleared my skin, but wrecked everything else.

It wasn’t until I saw a naturopath in my hometown that things finally started making sense. Within months, I found out dairy was the culprit. My digestion calmed. My skin stopped screaming. But more than that, I began to understand something no one had ever said to me before:

Healing isn’t just about your diet. It’s about your patterns, your nervous system, your relationships. It’s about everything you consume and carry—and what you’re ready to let go of.

That experience led me to pursue naturopathic medicine, where I completed a rigorous four-year medical program with training in both conventional diagnostics and natural therapies. I learned to read labs, prescribe when needed, and how to work with the body—not against it.

Since then, I’ve also gone deep into compassionate inquiry and inner child work. I’ve dialed in my nutrition, rebuilt my gut health, and supported my hormones in a way that finally feels sustainable.

I know what it’s like to try everything and still feel off—and I know how powerful it is when things finally click.

I believe in health care that meets you where you are, honors your full story, and helps you come back to a body that feels balanced, supported, and truly you. Learn more on my blog.

Education & Training

Shadow of a person taking a photo with a smartphone on the sand, with one hand raised and making a peace sign, with faint footprints in the sand.
Study materials with a pen and three highlighters, a cup of coffee, and a spoon on a white table.

I graduated with high remarks from Bastyr University in San Diego, California, a four-year post-graduate nationally accredited naturopathic medicine program. At Bastyr, I provided naturopathic primary patient care and worked alongside MD’s at an integrative Urgent Care & Internal Medicine clinic.

I later completed advanced trainings in Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy, Biofeedback and Homeopathy.
